How to tell if you're at risk of early menopause. Are you at risk of going through menopause earlier than usual? For most women, menopause occurs between the age of 45 and 55. However, around 5% of women do experience early menopause, which means that they can go through the stages earlier than 45 years in between 40 and 55 years old. So going through early menopause may not seem like a big deal at first, after it's only a few years earlier than usual, so that's okay, right. But actually what's going on through early menopause, it puts you at higher risk, of certain other health conditions, such as type two diabetes, glaucoma, heart failure, dementia, mood conditions. So you want to be make sure you're careful about this here. You're also higher risk for osteoporosis, coronary heart disease as well. So it's important to talk to your doctor about these issues, if you think you're going through early menopause. Early menopause will also cause hormonal changes and imbalances, which could increase your stress levels as well and that can be very hard on your body. For a woman, balanced hormones are extremely, extremely important for good health. and unbalanced hormones, they bring worse adrenal fatigue and the problems that come with adrenal fatigue. So this is another great reason why that you shouldn't ignore any signs that you're in menopause. Unfortunately, early menopause is actually a lot more common than most people think. there are several factors that will increase the chances of going through menopause early. Some of them you can control, they're within lifestyle changes or simple awareness. Other risk factors are out of control out of your control. So you need you just need to be aware of them whatever the impact that they may have here in the body. factors for early early menopause include smoking, history, family history of early menopause, infections, such as mumps, chemotherapy or radiation for cancer. If you had your ovaries or your uterus removed, certain genetic mutations, rapid embolic abnormalities, some chromosomal abnormalities, certain chromosome abnormalities, certain autoimmune diseases like thyroid disease, rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's disease, and also chronic fatigue syndrome, or chronic fatigue can also increase your risk as well. If you have any of these risk factors, definitely want to talk to your doctor with the effects that they may have on your long term health. It's actually fairly easy to tell if you're in early menopause. Number one is going to be your age gonna be under 45. So make sure if you're having any of these symptoms, and you're under the age of 45, maybe early menopause would talk to your doctor right away about this, and they'll help you determine what's happening and what's the best way to cope with it.
